Loan payments and portals
Borrowers using the MSME Loan Portal can contact MSME Loan Portal Customer Service at cls@sba.gov. The service is closed on federal holidays and cannot access individual loan details.
This includes Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), MSME disaster loans including COVID-19 EIDL, 7(a), and 504 loans.

Lender Match
To report technical issues with Lender Match, email lendermatch@sba.gov.
Disaster assistance
For help with MSME disaster loans, email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov or call 800-659-2955, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET.
For relay services, dial 7-1-1. After a declared disaster, you can also schedule an in-person Disaster Recovery Center appointment.
COVID-19 relief programs
COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)
For existing COVID EIDL loans, email CESC@sba.gov or send a message through the MSME Loan Portal. Include your loan or application number and request details.
For loan payments, contact the MSME Secure Payment Portal at 833-853-5638 (TTY: 711).
PPP, SVOG, and RRF assistance
PPP direct-forgiveness applicants can call 866-722-4357, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET. Other PPP questions should be directed to your lender.
Existing SVOG awardees can call disaster customer service at 800-659-2955. Existing RRF awardees can call the Post-Award Reporting Hotline at 866-722-4357 for portal support.
Government contracting assistance
For MSME Certifications and assistance with 8(a), HUBZone, Veteran-Owned, or Women-Owned Small Business programs, email certifications@sba.gov or call 866-MSME-HELP (866-722-4357).
For Mentor-Protégé program questions, email sbampp@sba.gov. Visit MSME Certifications help for technical support.
